BH-Audit - Branch membership management
Originally designed to meet the needs of Trade Unions, this application is ideally suited to any membership organisation which wishes to track its membership.
Implementation
Executive Union officials or branch officials can access the system via a standard browser on a PC or smartphone. The data is securely stored on your server (or on our secure hosting service).
Features
The primary feature is the "Branch Audit" (Healthcheck) functionality which incorprates the following:
- Management of branch details - including address, branch secretary, number of members and other basic data
- Support the creation and management of audits on a branch, which captures the following data:
- Audit Date
- Officer data - name, role, status, contact details
- Branch member data and opportunities for recruitment
- Capture of how branch reps match diversity (race, age, etc) of membership
- Capture of number of reps in different departments and shifts
- Meeting frequency and type
- Monitoring of leavers/Joiners and reasons for leaving
- Capture of leaver detail
- Monitoring of member enquiries/utilization of advice
- Capture details of training required
- Capture details of training completed
- Member affiliations at the branch
- Community initiatives
- Summary of means of communication with members
- Capture details of relationship with management
- Storage and monitoring of action plans
- Entry and management of complex online timesheets to record officers time utilisation
Because this data is stored in a database, a variety of management charts and reports can easily be produced to monitor branch performance.
BH-Alert
The BH-Alert module offers an alert based reporting system:
- Reports are designed by the system administrator based on Oracle database queries
- Criteria are defined to determine what conditions trigger an alert (maybe every time the report is run, or if a threshold (eg leavers greater than 5% of membership at branch) is exeeded)
- Report schedule is defined (eg daily, monthly)
- Report recipients are defined - a list of email addresses
- When an alert is triggered the report is sent to all recipients as an email with attached spreadsheet together with a link to the report in the web application
